1880 Western Wear Gwen Hansen Lying, scaming and fraudulent cheats Internet

I am totally devastated that I have been ripped off by a company that seemed to be a legal business that is registered with PayPal and that the "owner" Gwen Hansen could be such a devious and lying cheat.
My journey began on the 11th of October 2011 when I searched the internet for a clothing store where I could purchase a fringed leather shirt. I ride a Harley and have been looking for this type of shirt and because it is an American traditional item, I searched for American stores. I came across 1880 Western Wear and browsing through their site I found what I was looking for. I made contact immediately with them and received a response from Gwen Hansen. She sent me a size chart, communicated regularly with me and eventually we agreed on my size and payment of $659 for this Deer Skin customized shirt.
I paid for this on the 17th of October 2011 through PayPal. 2min later once I had made the payment I received confirmation from Paypal that my transaction was finalised.
I phoned Gwen (i have trouble mentioning her name as I would prefer to call her cheat), and told her that I have transferred the money and when could I expect my shirt to be delivered to my New York Aramex post box. She said it would take three weeks.
When three weeks had passed and I had not received a tracking number that she promised to send me, I emailed her and she said that she had been sick with flu for a week and would get onto finishing the shirt and would post within a week. Well when that time line had passed and I heard nothing I contacted her again. This time the excuse was that it was Thanks Giving and no postage takes place during this time. Then the next email that I received was that the shirt had been posted on the 29th of November 2011 and that it would take 5 to 7 days to reach New York. I have not received my shirt to date, have not been able to make contact with her, she has not reponded to my emails and I now know that I am just another victim of a very lucrative scam that is making these cheats very wealthy, considering that they have been doing this for years.
