In January of 2014 I lost my husband. After his death I decided I needed a big change in my life. In mid 2014 I helped save one of two horses that had been neglected and abandoned only after one lost her life. My story had been posted online and my life long dream of owning horses was coming into light. I started a group on Facebook. I was ready to take on many. But I had a couple things blocking my dream path. One I had to sell my only home and two I had to find land I could afford with plenty of acreage. I found the land being of 53.24 Acres within my budget. Now all I had to do was sell my current home. I've had it listed for some time, but it wasn't going anywhere. So I decided to put money into remodeling it and making it look a bit more of a real country home.
I did a lot of upgrading with new this and that's. Even repainted the house again even though I just got done painting it when my husband went into the hospital. It was to be a surprise for him when he came home. Well I really don't want to talk about that. I finally ended up taking a $30k loss on my home even after the $10k I put into it in the last 2 years along with the 2012 appraisal which was before all my work and the $10k I put into the home. So I've lost out on about $45k since my husband passed. Now I have land that really isn't there. Land I made a offer on, signed a contract and paid on for 2 years. The latitude and longitude seller gave me doesn't even come up on any mapping coordinates for the area, the given Geo ID is way off, property was listed for sale on other websites even after a year.
Seller did not disclose information on sales site that there is a prison in Sierra Blanca right off I 10. Seller couldn't even find property on his own phone. Seller wouldn't even make arrangements to meet me on several attempts to show me the land personally. Seller stated he did not know of a Prison in town and stated he was out of town on many occasions. Seller said go to court house for information, seller never replied when asked about the property taxes each year they became due. On a couple of counts I did have a payment or two taken straight from my bank card. Rest of payments were always made by check. From 2014 - current. Made some late payments but always added appropriate late fees, with a time or two paying more than contracted to pay.

OK so I did a trade off to settle this matter with Mr Kent Taylor. However the issue(s) with Mr Kent Taylor and myself are on going until settled in court. I'm out of pocket $6033.41, plus travel costs ×'s 2, wear and tear on my vehicle ×'s 2, mental anguish, mental distress, giving up a family pet, storage costs, hotel costs, and more. In the state of Texas I can sue for up to 10 times the amount of damage. I will have to check but I may be entitled to get difference of what I took a loss on when selling my only home when this all started. According to online court records each lot # 36 & 37 is only .1612 acres making both lots combined at .3224 acres, property is less than 1/3 of an acre, Kent Taylor had it listed for over half an acre. I'm submitting more evidence to back up my story and show support to my claim(s).

Seller and myself have reached an agreement and are settling this matter as adults. We have agreed to this as it is in the best interest on all counts. I can not remove my report but am making it right. I want to thank Kent Taylor for his understanding of the issues at hand and want everyone to know that Kent Taylor will work with a buyer to reach and understanding of the minds to make his buyers as comfortable with piece of mind knowing they are taken care of to the fullest extent. I want Kent Taylor to make this right either by giving me different land less or equal to same quantity of land or less, with or without a livable or none livable home equal to the amount already paid to Kent Taylor, that doesn't need or needs work, far away from any Prisons equal to all money I have already paid to Kent Taylor and will owe the difference of a trade off. Provided it is with in my budget and area in which I am seeking no that Sierra Blanca is out of the question.

I have filed complaints across the website about my deals with mr kent taylor. One he needs to rethink my name, two it is not slander or slanderous when true facts have been shown, three I am not by far the first person he has done this two. This is a federal case with him taking payments across many state lines for property his name is attached to and he is selling as his. He the owner should state that there may be hazardous or damagerous things ie:PRISONS near property he is selling, if not properly informing potential buyers then he is withholding vital information that could cause hard to a buyer or their family. He as a seller/owner/agent is to pull every for sales post for any and all sold property off the every website it is listed on for sale.
It is not a buyers ask questions when buying any land any place out of state to drop everything to go make sure it is, as is listed online. Buyer should trust sell and all information supplied by seller because they are listed as an agent. No I would not buy off craigslist such property, no I would not have ever thought to ask if there was a prison inside city limits. Buyer states land is accessible with road frontage, yet when I look at his photos of where this land is to be located I see I would have to break some trespassing laws just to get to that land I am/was buying. The road I traveled Gunsight Rd in Sierra Blanca was a rough and tretcherous road.
There is no way if I had even found my land even trespassing that a moblie home mover, or cement trucks etc.. would have been able to get back in there to deliver what I was going to do with the land other than save wild mustangs and burros. Only a few roads off Gunsight Rd had names rest were unnamed no signs, just paths crossing over or truning off of. I traveled Gunsight Rd several times looking and never come across my land, roads he named on paper. Geo Id was not even attached to his land and way off, Latitude and longitude not even there. Truth is fact, fact is not slander or slanderous.
I have asked Kent Taylor if he had anything else that we could work with some place else other than near a PRISON as suggested by attorney to work this out like adults and not children, but as I stated to the BBB all I received was a text messgae again stating they are out of office to email them. I dont care if he has less land just as long as it is around what I have already paid him to trade off and or make more payments. I want land back under my feet. I dont care if it is a house that is in need of repair on inside, just as long as I get my feet planted firmly on the ground again. If he is unwilling to settle this matter like an adult then I will continue to press forward to get my funds returned and if it has to go to court and I will go that far if need be, and I will win no doubt I can get up to but not limited to 3 times the amount of damage, court cost, attorney fees and more.

Approximatley 3-5 days` ago we were contacted by the buyer requesting we meet her at the property.I am approx. 450 miles from the property. We cannot drop everything and make a 450 mile trip to show a parcel. ................................................................................................................... We provided approx. GPS coordinates of the property. Google earth .kmz files. I am not sure what she is referring to when she states "Seller couldn't even find property on his own phone." I do not use my phone for GPS. When the buyer contacted me I provided the GPS points and the Google earth. .kmz file by email. I also provided her a gps point of the center of the road on the property, via text on her cell phone. ............................................................................................ The buyer stated she did not have email out there . I told her to go to the courthouse in Sierra Blanca and they could give her maps.. ......................................................................................... Please contact us and we will provide all interested parcels the Google .kmz files to this property as well as approx. GPS points as we did the buyer.
