1977 Janet Janet Bax Over charged Vancouver Washington

When I changed insurances I notified them at the Portland office .I went over there in 2016 and was going to rent a portable concentrater for traveling they old me I was no longer a client my concentrater was paid off. I did have the emergency tank but they never sent me a bill.

Than last August i got one for $ 750.00 and a day later i got one saying i owed 1713.18 to a collection agency I always paid them when I got billed .Since they could not do their job and let me know before two years I should not be responsible for that bill >I am retired and only get 735 a month from Social security.

I don't have that kind of money .I paid the 750. to Apria but this bill I can not Thank you Janet Bax 360-892-4278
