NEVER USE 1AND1 INTERNET. THEY ARE A CHEAP COMPANY WITH ABSOLUTELY NO CUSTOMER SERVICE. THEY KILLED OUR EMAILS FOR 18 HOURS AND THEN CALLED IT A DELAY AND NOT AN OUTAGE.
THEY WILL NOT GIVE YOU THEIR LAST NAME, NO SUPRISE HERE, BUT T.J. #2589 JUST DISCONNECTED THE PHONE CALL AS DID CHRISTIAN #501.
THIS IS A COMPANY THAT WILL NOT TRANSFTER YOU TO MANAGEMENT, BECAUSE THEY DONT WANT TO TALK TO ANYONE.
THEY ARE ARROGANT ON THE PHONE AND JUST SELL YOU ON CHEAP PACKAGES.
DO YOURSELF A FAVOUR AND PAY $5 MORE A MONTH AND GO TO A RESPECTFULLY SITE LIKE GO.DADDY OR SOMEONE ELSE.
THIS IS A DISGUSTING FIRM THAT SHOULD BE SHUT DOWN BECAUSE THEY DONT KNOW HOW TO TREAT PEOPLE. OH YES, THEY OFFERED US A $6 CREDITE FOR SHUTTING DOWN OUR EMAIL ALL DAY.
