We  CARLTON  and   CARLISIA   JACKSON   walk  in  to  1and2   automotive  december  16  2014  too  purchase a car.  Jimmy  the  sales  person  helped  us.  He  asked  my  daughter if she  was serious  about  purchasing  a  car  and  she  replied  yes .  Jimmy  asked  how  much  money  did  we  have to  put down.  We  told  him  2500  hundred  dollars  .  So  he  went  and  got  the  car  for  a  test  drive .   My  daughter  drove  the  car  for  a  test  drive .  Everything  checkout  with  the  car  and  so  my  daughter  was  ready  too  deal .My   daughters  credit  was  not  to  good  and  so the  numbers  he  came  up  with  did  not  work . 

We  tried  different  options and  still  couldnt  reach  an  agreememt.  But  before all  of jimmy  wanted  to  see  the  money.  I  pulled  out  2500  hundred  dollars  and  counted it out to  him. Jimmy  said he  had to  show  the  manager  the  money.  He  walk  to  the  back  with the  money.  After  we  couldnt  get a deal  done  we  asked for  the  money  back.  Mike  was  helping  at  the time  now  and  he  replied  the  finance  guy  had locked  the  money  up  in a  safe  and  said  the  safe  was on  a  timer.  We  was  confused  and  upset  about  that  and  why  did  they  do  that.  Mike  told  us  that  we  had  to  come  back the  next  day  to  get  the  money.

So  we left  very  upset  of  the  situation.  We  came back  the  next  day and  jimmy  and  mike  both  was  very  rude  and  not  helpful. they  had  us  waiting  for  about  30  minites  before  they  walk  over  and  told  that  corperate  had  to  mail  us  the  money.  They  said  would  take  7  to  10  business  days.  By  that  that  time  i  was  ready  too  shoot  up  the  place  but  i  gather  my self  together.  I  dailed  911  for  help  i  was  so  mad.  I  talk  too  the  911  operater  for  about  15  minutes. She  ask  if their  was  a  physical  confrontation. Itold  her no  but  i  told  myself  iwas not  leaving without my  money. The  911  operator advice  me  not  to  do  anything  so  i  tried  to  relax. 

She  also  said  that  she  send  a  police  officer  out  so  we  could  file  a  complaint.  We  waited  but  no  one  came . So   now  we  have  the  better  business  buerau  involed  and a  lawyer  .  Its  been  a  whole  month  now  and  still no money  returned  to us  .  So  i  say  once  again  to  1and2  automotive  this  is  just  a  quiet  storm  building  up.  They  have  lied  disrespected  and  everything  else   to  us  and  for what  ever  reason  ihave  no  ideal.  We  only  wanted  to  purchase  a  car  from  them.  SO  TOO  WHOM  THIS MAY  CONCERN  COULD  PLEASE  HELP  SOLVE  THIS  PROBLEM.   i  DONT  WANT  THIS  TO  TURN  UGLY.
