1NW Contact does not meet it contractial obligations/nor pay correctly and misclassifies indepentent contractors who are really employees Thousand Oaks California

Where to start, I have worked for over a year with 1NW.....and let us say they are less than scrupulous how they deal with pay how  the contractors are classified.

 As an independent contractor we should not have fees, or taxes taken out of our pay, yet consistantly if you worked your full scheduled week you will never see your full pay. The company classifies you as a 1099 contractor  to avoid paying taxes , howerver you can not classify employees as independent contractors if you have  direct supervisors, scheduled breaks  and giving directions as if they were an employee....this is against the law. 

 We are not allowed holiday's off any nor are we compensated yet, they bring us in, and cycle us in and out  all day long to avoid paying a full days wage, because the holidays are very slow , if we do not  get a call for 7 minutes we are cycled out for 15 minutes.  Instead of doing the logical thing which is scheduling  contractors on a 4 hour bases for  the day or maybe the novel idea of  not taking calls on holidays  such As Thanksgiving or Christmas, if we ask for that day off we are beratted and villified  as not being a team member .

 Checks are consistantly late never correct  if an employee works 40 hours a week, and we are not paid for lunch or rest breaks which are scheduled, again a voilation , we should be paid for 35 hours we are normally jipped out of 40 to hundred dollars consistantly...it happens so frequent yet we use a cloud system to log in and out of, to take calls and we are not allowed to see the cloud system records of our log in and outs or down time we have to take the"accounts payable dept" word for what we are to be paid and even if you take screen shots and excel spread sheets they magically never match up and you are always wrong and never paid your full amount.

 They have  you log in and out of campaigns all day long thus there is no accurate reading of when you logged in and out sometimes the cloud system will have you logged in several times and you are docked pay for these system glitches.

Checks bounce frequently or have non suffient funds and you are unable to cash your check or you must go to a check cashing facility...in order to be paid .  you are paid 3 weeks in the hole checks are supposedly mailed every Friday, but we do not receive them until a week later.....no direct deposit....this so they can "float checks"  The are unscruplous...
