This is how my communication to them looked like:

I started to have a tiny bit of issue with your steadfast refusal to even try to help and, moreover, with your attempt to distort the facts and perhaps even outright lie to me. This is what you told me: "We did
not pick or modify the address in this order, this address was provided to use from Pay-pal"

So, let us examine the address PayPal "provided" you with and compare with your, "not modified" address. PayPal's address "provided to use" to you is:

However, the address on your invoice, also attached, is:

So  the truth, the fact is -- you DID CHANGE / MODIFY the shipping address / the name of the adresse is a part of it since the Pony Express times /  and, as I told you numerous times, Mr. X is NOT going to get this package if it is addressed to me. Ergo, your behaviour will keep costing us time, money, nerves and will increase the overall lack of common human kindness and courtesy in this world even more.

Therefore, if you were able to CHANGE the address already, you are certainly able to do it again so kindly stop wasting our time with your steadfast, albeit commendable in its consistance, refusal to helping a customer anddo your job and make us all happy.

But they simply did not care. Having a wrong address ends up with me losing the Item. Simple as that.
