Do not purchase from this site. I was sold a defective product and support is trying to state I need to go through the manufacturer~ manufacturer is stating warranty is not valid because it is a refurbished product. Im out $60 with no recourse. Buyer beware!

Tried emailing support on multiple occasions - dealt with Alan, and they still refuse to make the situation right.
