I have ordered many items from 1SaleADay.com over the past two years. On average, every 3rd or 4th item I've ordered has either been defective, not shipped (and cancelled after I finally contacted them after months of waiting and no word from the company as to status), or the order has been cancelled with no explanation.

Recently, 1SaleADay had DVD players with wi-fi streaming capability for a great price. I ordered two of them. The order showed a status of "processing" for a week - then, without explanation, the pending charges to my debit card were reversed and the orders disappeared from my account page on the 1SaleADay website. When I contact Support about this, all they can do is ask me if I can give them the order numbers...uh - no, I can't, because they were deleted! I never even received a confirmation email for the orders, but they *did* show up on their site at one time. I've now been advised that they cannot help me without the order numbers. You'd think they could go back in their system and see that they did indeed have this item on sale a couple of weeks ago - so that *might* just prove I'm not lying to them?

On March 30, I ordered 2 sets of bluetooth headsets to use with Skype. I ordered 1 each of 2 different models because I wanted to try them both out. Today is April 15, and I have yet to receive the headsets or any order confirmation. When I contact Support about *this* order, I'm told there is a "minor delay" and that they plan to ship them soon. I just checked the order status page for my 1SaleADay account as I was typing this.....that order is still "processing".

I ordered a business card case for something like $2.00...I didn't expect much, and guess what? My expectations were met. It was a very cheaply made metal card holder, with the blue "paint" (actually a layer of plastic adered to it to "look" like paint) over-running the edges by quite a large margin on front and back - I ended up throwing it away because it just looked so bad.

I'm fed up with this company.

Update...

AUTHOR: ASue - ()

POSTED: Wednesday, April 17, 2013

After filing my report here and sending a strongly-worded email to 1SaleADay support requesting my order be cancelled and my money refunded, I received an email today stating that ONE of my Bluetooth headsets had been shipped.  I was happy to see results, but I ordered TWO headsets, not one.

I'll update again once this is resolved.
