1st American Financial Solutions Forensinc Loan and Loan Modification Ripp off, Internet

This company stole $375.00 dollars from me that covered half of their legal fees of $750 to do a forensic Loan examination and loan modification with my mortgage company Wells Fargo.  I hired them in the middle of July 2012, the same day I signed the contract emailed to me they withdrew the money from my bank.  They never did anything in my case, and after repeated calls to John Ferrell and Michael Tran, someone called me from their office, this guy is Gary Fox, offering me that they will continue with my case but I have to pay the balance of $375, still owed which they never did anything for me.  

Gary Fox stopped communicating with me when I requested him copies of my file for the forensic loan examination their company did on my behalf. Since December 2012 Gary Fox stop all kind of communication with me, he used to email me his bouch of BS through this email Gfox@1stamericanfinancialsolutions.com,  After trying so many times on the phone and by email, I just find out today their office number 714-842-9904 its not longer in Service.  

In February 2013 we called his office a new receptionist answered our call and confirmed to us that Gary Fox was the owner of this ripp off company.  Today gathering all my information I contacted the California Attorney General's office and filed a formal complaint against these people.  My advised to everyone that has been ripped off by this company and all his owners is to file a class a law suit with an attorney, I am in Texas and I am pretty sure I am not the only one these people have literaly I am not the only one in Texas or the USA that have been ripped off by these thieves.

We need to move forward on this and have these criminals behind bars where they belong to.
