!st Capital Consumers debited my checking account on 6/24/02 in the amount of 199.00 as of this time i have received noting from the company. On 9/25/02 they stated that they would refund my account, on 10/27/02 I called to check on refund because as of that dated I have not received my refund but the number was no longer working. As of 11/04/02 I still have not received the funds back.
