The girl who called me at home lied to me. They took money out of my checking account when I didn't authorize it at that particular date. I've been trying to reach them for 3 weeks, calling, leaving messages, calling again, again leaving messages. I finally got through today, spoke to "Mark", told him I wanted my money back, told me I'd have to send them my bank statement & 2 page letter telling them why I want my money back. I told him I should be on file & he should be able to look me up & get all my info, he then got very rude with me & hung up on me. I work very hard for my money & honestly thought what was offered to me over the phone was just what I needed. Instead I believe I got ripped off for $199. I'm really upset about all this. I hope they give me my money back. "Mark" did give me a fax #, so I'm hoping it's a real fax # & that they do give me my money back. Sandra Tempe, Arizona
