1st Century Mortgage, Darlene Patty, Mike Valenti, Andy Garcia, Tamara Dancun Evasive , Non-responsivce and Poor Standards... Ripoff Rio Rancho New Mexico

1st Century Mortgage told me that they are the nation's largest mortgage company and have clients who are looking to purchase and sell properties. As a real estate broker I agreed to receive 15 leads and try for 30 days.

I waited 10 days and did not get any instructions as to how to activate the system. I tried to contact Darlene Patty, Real Estate Agent who had sent me the initial solicitation (by the way, I doubt that this person exist), left messages, tried to send reply email asking for assistance but received no respons. Then received an email prompting me to activate the system. I tried the 2 sites they indicateted to click to start the process but neither one responded.

Tried to get Customer Service for assistance but the voice mail box was always full and eventually told that it was "unavailble". I developed a strong doubt about the company's turstworthy and sent emails and faxes to Andy Garcia, supervisor? and Tamara (Jane?) Dancun Customer Service? to cancell the agreement and refund $280.00 immediately since I can not activate the system to get the benefit of the leads.

A message from Penny Thompson (Darlene Patty's secretary?)was left in my box stating that the cancellation request had been processed and ther would
be no charges. I called and finally able to talk to Tamara Dancun and demanded the refund. She told me to fax her the request and she would take care of it rightaway.

It's been over a week but no response. I warn people that this company is not a responsible trusworthy company and avoid making any agreement with them.
