1st Choice Auto Center 1st Choice Auto Center Told us we would be able to refinance our car loan in 6 month when that was never going to option Garden Grove , California

In 08/09 we went into 1st Choice Auto Center in Garden Grove Ca. We were worried at first about buying a car because, like most people we were going threw some very though financial time. Our credit had suffered because of this and we thought that it wasn't going to be option for us. After finding a very resably price car we came to an agreement that we felt pretty good about and went home with the car. Two day later we got a call from the "owner" which sold us the car and did the paper work. He asked us to come in and sign the last of the papers. When we did he told us that our loan was actually going to be $80.00 more a month but, not to worry because in 6 months we could refinance and lower the payment back down. After 6 months of making sure our payment was not even a day late we ask our bank to refinance and they told us that it was not an option. They said that the person who sold us the car should have never said that because he should have  known the loan was with a high risk bank, and that would have never been an option for us. If we would have know that we were going to be stuck with a $330.00 payment a month for 36 months on a $8,000.00 car we would have never ever bought the car. Talk about taking advantage of people when thing are at the worst and acting like they actually care. I would have had more respect for them if they would have said your credit sucks this is you're only option take it or leave it. Do not make the same mistake we did they we suck you in and do what ever it takes to get the sale even if it means putting you in an even worst situation they you were in before you walked threw there doors.
