I made an 800 mile relocation where approximately 80% of my move when into storage. Once the items were removed from the storage unit there were broken, scratched and missing items.
Upon making a claim it was denied due to not making exceptions on the Inventory List. There was approximately $2000 of damaged and missing items. Also after the move there estimate went up over $1000.
It was very obvious that these boxes were thrown and dropped. Damage was unbelievable. Please consider using this vendor. I regret not doing more do diligence about this company.
