1st class auto repairs scam, rip off, smyrna Georgia

I paid $45 for one mile to have  my car towed to this shop by a mechanic name Luis (AKA) Robulo Gelipe on Monday, August 15th. He told me that he would put it on the diagnostic machine to see what was wrong with it, he texted me at 730pm and said my car would be ready at 130 on Tuesday, when i arrived at 130 on Tuesday it was not ready. He told me that it needed a "trasport kit iniction", which was $365 including parts and labor. He told me the reason it was taking so long he said he had to order it from the dealer and refused to give me the dealers name or the part needed. He texted me on the 17th at 130 and said the car was ready. When i arrived the car was in the bay with a block behind it.  I drove my car home and turned it off, turned it back on and my car would not start , doing the same stuff i paid $365 to fix, I called him as soon as this happened to come back out and check my car, he came out to jump my car and said it was not his problem. He told me my car needed a new alternator, i have a brand new alternator, battery, so clearly it is not the alternator. Then he refused to come out and fix the car so i have to have another repair shop to have my car fixed. he refuses to give me a receipt, he handed me his business card with a hand written note saying i paid him. He refuses to give me any money back or come back and help me find out the real problem. Now on Thursday my car is being towed to my normal mechanic American Drive Shaft, check their yelp before you come to this place.. Save your TIME AND MONEY AND DO NOT COME TO THIS SHOP!!
