1st Engines and Transmissions LIARS, CHEATS, CROOKS, THIEVES Dallas Texas

My girlfriend and I purchased a motor from 1st Engines and Transmissions for an Isuzu rodeo. The money was drafted out of the account on 4-3-2013. The motor was sent to the local dealership where the work was to be performed.

Being that we are hard working middle class Americans it took a few weeks to save the money to have the motor installed. 5-15-2013 while the mechanic was preparing to replace the motor he noticed a quarter sized hole in the block directly above motor mount that had been cut in half.

We called 1st engines to report the problem. We spoke to Joe. Very rude. Very cold man. Stated he would not warrant the motor it was our fault. After months of calling and arguing and after moving towards legal help they agreed to help us.

They said they did not have another motor to give us. They would rebuild it with our previous damaged motor and swap blocks with their damagad motor. WE HAVE THIS IN WRITING. they agreed to pick up both motors.

8-22-2013 they picked up both motors. 3 MONTHS LATER. Stated we would have the rebuilt motor back in two weeks. Weeks have turned to months. MANY months. Dozens and dozens of phone calls. Different people every day. Very rude and dishonest people.

Claiming they are waiting on parts and machine shop services. Waiting on piston rings because they want to do it right. Promises of completion dates that only passed by. It is now 5-19-2014. We STILL don't have our motor or the $1750 we spent on it.

We have called and have been ignored. No return phone calls. No communication what-so-ever by 1st engines and transmissions. They are not only dishonest they are now thieves who have stolen from honest hardworking people. Seeking legal action.
