I was told that they would take and settle my debts for a pay day payoff it had to be three of them. Also they needed my bank account information so I gave it to them and I stop the money from going out of the account on the first account so you have to sign a sheet to confirm to let them take the funds out and the way they operate it is they go through a global Client solutions, which is in tulsa, oklahoma and they process the funds from your account and they then 1st financial has them to draw the funds out and they put it over to 1st financial. When I spoke to global client solutions llc, they explained to me that they have you deposit amount into an escrow account they then go and have the funds go to 1st financial group which the funds are to pay the debts that has been listed with them to pay. So what happen was I called them and ask them how they got my other account number and they said I gave it to them verbally and they keep taking the funds from other account and have not paid any of the debts with the funds like I had asked them to do. So what happen was now I spoke with there cancellation department and before this happened I asked to talk to a manger they refused for it to be done. So the more I called global the more I found out they did not have the authority to take the funds from my account so I reported them to the better business bureau and also to federal trade commission and I told them what they had done to me so they know what has happen . So I spoke with a manger in cancellation department and they told me that they were going to charge me for cancelling my account and when you first sign up with them they do not have any fees on there paperwork so they can rip you off and the only fees that I have from the global client  they were nice enough to inform me that they were suppose to have it in writting and also global client I contacted them and told them I wanted a refund back and to stop any transaction that was going on I had to write a letter to both place and I specified to them both that the account I have requires two(2) signatures before anything get out of this account. They refused to take this into consideration. So this 1st Financial Group aka M4 Financial Group has rip me off.
