I answered an ad in Craigslist, that were seeking telemarketers. and paying $250.00 for each closing commission. A person by the name of Mike (AKA: Manuel Charkchyan) was the contact. After we spoke about the program, I headed down to the building for a face to face. It was empty inside, and the only to phones present were his and that of the office manager Derek Ahlvers. I signed on January 13 2015, and although it was commission only at the time,I thought the oppertunity was worth exploring. Shortly thereafter, the sales manager decided to vacate that position, and I was elected to fill that spot. After reviewing all the other affiliates who were strong enough sales persons, the intent was to get many relaxed enough to follow the script of their (1st Global's) credit repair program.
The cost of the progran was $1495.00. Several days later, after the technical bugs were worked out, we were set to turn the automated dialers on, and running them for 3 hours per day. When we did turn the phones one, we repeated this for 3 days total hours 9. After that, the sales sheets were totaled and the number of 230 plus. When the office manager and owner Manuel M. Charkchyan saw what occured, the phones were shut down for days, until according to him, balance was restored. The projected sales in potential gross revenue, exceeded $343,850.00. This meant that my 29 sheets alone, would have factored into $43,355.00 potential earnings, making my commissions at $7,000.00. Upon review of the sucess we acomplished,it was then decided in an instant decision made by Manuel Charkchyan and Derek Ahlvers to now cut commissions to only $50.00 per sheet. They said it was due to the fact that these calls are inbound, and that the $250.00 commissions were based on outside contacts.
I dis-agreed with that split decision, because the calls generated from the call center were in fact outbound calls and are exactly the same as "Cold Calling" as these are not people wanting the program, its us trying to sell it to them! After the decision was made to stop the phones for a few days, the managers and owner were looking for people to come in and take on the task to upload those 230 sales slips into an internet portal, where they could track the progress of clients who signed on and paid. My wife and myself chose the task,as they offred a base pay of $13.00 per hour ea. and paid weekly. We agreed and finished the task at hand. When I asked about when we would be compensated, we were both immediatly let go. Their reasons why were without any basis of truth or merit. Days later we asked again about compensation, and was toldit would take 3 to 5 weeks for payroll to address the matter.this was so upsetting to us both upon hearing this. The owner then informed us that we would need to send them additional information in the form of a W2 sheet. I informed Mr. Charkchyan that we were 1099 and self employed.
My reason for doing this was after an affiliate found out his last name, I ran the public access records and found out that Mr. Manuel M.Charkchyan was indicted, sentenced with charges ranging from (2) counts Theft ( 1) Count: Fraudulent Schemes/Artifices (3) counts: Taking Identity of another (4) Counts: Taking Identity of another. All Criminal Felony Charges. CASE NUMBER: S-0700-CR-2008048797. He was released 12-23-2009 and has not been on probation since that time. Upon further research, there are court complaints ranging in areas of California, for alleged telemarketing violation. He was featured on www.mugsshots.com simply type in his name and see for yourself.
Days before, I gave Mr.Derek Ahlvers my Social Security numbers and photo Id from the office copier, but he said I needed to send the color versions to his phone, because according to him, it was easy to upload. I did just that in the hopes of getting my credit restored, but questiond why high resolution color. I signed the papers and waited for results surpassing the 13 day window on first round results, and when nothing happend,I knew that I was scammed, and that I now fear my personal information is now being used for something other then what I intended. I sent an email to 1st Global, suggesting that, because of our treatment,it would not be in my best interest to get involved in something that in my view falls short of a professional business eithics. Mr. Manuel Charkchyan sent emails suggesting not to contact him or Derek, and that he was advised by his attorny in doing so.
Mr. Charkchyan also made claims about me being some mad man with a violent temper and with many weapons, all according to him reported to the authorities.Mr.charkchyan said I was to be served with a restraining order, but non ever transpired. The bottom fell out when I discovered that my 29 sales sheets were now being confiscated and that my online access to my clients were also siezed,in an attempt to not pay commissions. The services my wife and I provided resulted in theft of services, through conversion. The potential monies that was generated is substantual, and is nothing more then a matrix generated sceam split between the owners at our expense. Funneling and diverting those monies outside the relm of detection is what I feel is going on here.
On 3/3/15 to 3/5/15 I texted Mr. Charkchyan that my loans and financial obligations were beyond compromised and that could he please speed up the process on paying the $1014.00 owed us.he said he could only pay us $500.00 and the rest later. I said I could meet him,but he said he was leaving the country and asked if I could provide an account and routing number.I provided that from my debit bank and waited. later he told me Chase Bank would not do it, when he also suggested his payroll bank was Wells Fargo. Now I have to face the fact that I again may have compromised my critical information yet again. He has not since responded back, ignoring us with willful and melicious intent. All in an attempt to delay in paying us ,causing emotional and financial loss, and personal posessions, for which he and 1st Global Credit Marketing are fully accountable for. I have concise phone and email text's to validate my claim. I do hope those in law enforcement will look into this matter in greater detail, and expose these people for who and what they are.~Michael
I have already reported the matter with the labor and wage commission, and will seek civil and punitive damages for what he put us through, including the use of the media, and the Attorney General,Justice Department

1st Global Marketing Credit another side

I also joined 1st Global Credt Marketing Group at the end of January realizing that they were just opening the office. It was explained to me that the phones were going to be installed to accommodate a phone call center for an expensive calling system. I was interested in the 1st layer of marketing that paid $250 commission once a client was processed with providing all documentation and having all negative items deleted from their credit report and paying the $1495 fee. It was explained to me that there would be another fee paid to peope that worked in the call center taking calls and filling out the sheets with information that they collected, and another hourly fee to people who did computer entry.
It is unreasonable to think that there was a potential for $43,355 net on calls made in one week - they did shut the phones down for one week to do the entry on the sheets from the prior week to catch up - the office had just started up and was just getting a feel for what to expect. The complaintant is assuming that he was going to be paid $250 on 29 sheets that he turned in equalling $7,250. That would be assuming that all the contacts he made turned into clients. I am told by someone in the parent organization in California that of 300 uploads starting at the end of January from the Phoenix office they now have 20 that they are processing right now (meaning they have all about 6 documents) to get started - no fee up front for the first 13 days 25% - 50% removal of negative items removed from credit report - then payment of 1495 to remove the rest - no one else does that - I like all these people - sorry for their misunderstanding - I wasn't there.

This is in response to sue who posted her Rebuttal. if she read closely to the post I submitted, she would understand that 230 sales sheets filed, does not mean that all 230 people will pay for the program, but a majority of the respondants are interested otherwise why would they leave contact information such as emails and phone numbers along with a physical address? They wanted the program. On another note, for her to suggest that after all those sheets, only 6 came through is an absolute falsehood. One can't operate a call center based on such a loss.
The people who operate this company are indeed persons who need to be under the radar, because if they were a respectable business, they would not have an owner who was an identity theft criminal convicted right here in Arizona. Guess the conditions of his probation did not include operating a business where the gathering of personal identification would be an issue, the very thing that landed him in trouble in the first place! The treatment my wife and I faced was a clear cut example on what eithics and questionable business tactics reside at that business location. And all by their doing.
My phone texts saved point out the malecious lies with intent, along with the scam. My identification and credit card numbers were compromised. 1st Global Credit Marketing is a telemarketing nightmare, where their only function is to keep gathering those sales slips, and then shut down when overloaded, then flip the switches on when its convienent in doing so. I have worked phones before, and no other company that I have ever been exposed to, has put me through so much, nor made me wait weeks for a simple paycheck they were required by law to provide me after being fired. My wife did not want to provide her social security number and picture ID to a man and business operation, where in doing so, could very well end up in someone else's hand.
This call center is nothing more then a boiler room operation with peoples information and Identification being compromised on a much grander scale then sue (if that's her real name) could possibly imagine. I faced that by providing my ID Social Security Numbers with both account and routing info asked specificly by the owner, with the phone texts to back that argument. I provided those numbers, because Mr. Manuel Charkchyan asked for them suggesting to me that he was going to direct deposit into my account the amount of $1014, then said he could only send $500, then after that still nothing. No monies, just more excuses. Now I have to file with my credit card company and bank to have those numbers changed, because it's clear that I am dealing with the criminal element, and its only a matter of time before the rest of Tempe and all of Arizona catches on. Hopefully more attention will be drawn to this company and expose them for who and what they are.
Those are the facts and they can't be disputed. If the owner wishes to settle the matter, well he has my banking and contact info. My suggestion is to pay without further delay, because the state is going to award us 3 times that amount easy, because of his willfull disregard for state statutes, and what I deem unlawful business practices.
