When i first called that company i spoke with a guy al who was a fast talker and i was sucked into his lies. He never called me back and when he did it was one big lie since then he has been fired and i am dealing with another person who is the manager there that told me that al begged for his job back but they would not hire him because of his lies this new manager bent over backwards for me and close the loan in 10 days and got the company that he works with to remove incorrect items from my credit. I would recomment them to my friends and family. I have read the other reports on this and have NEVER experienced anything like this it sounds like the common elements in these reports are bad employees who got dealt with pretty quickly and i am happy that i ended up with the new manager who again was very excellent at taking care of my situation

My Understanding is that Craig Cousins and others stole stuff while they worked there and were fired and craig begged not to be fired as far as them being arrested I hear that is a bunch of bs and craig and his thiefs are posting things because they got caught stealing data

For your information, nobody begs to go back there. People quit when they find out what is really going on in there. Instead of lying about the "wonderful" manager who is Michael Petroski the main thief there, count your blessings if you are real and got anything done. I am sure that very few people do get something resolved, but you have no idea their tactics cost you plenty. You dont know anything and should keep your self out of it, we simply make the public aware of illegal crap that goes on. These people have police records for burglary check it out for yourself. Yes they got busted this Frida the 3rd. right in their office, and I hope it puts them out of business for good. The Manager is the fast talker and he had you fooled with his lies. I guess it doesnt matter to some people how they get their credit fixed illegally as long as it gets done. Thats too bad.!

I am happy to see a satisfied client actually come on here. The only people writing these negative remarks about Crossland are ex-employees.
