Jennifer Raspino who is employed at 1st Lake Properties post FAKE 5 Star reviews in order to boost the Bella Ridge apartment rating because residents here at Bella Ridge know that the aprtment is managed horribly and there are many issues so they try to drown out real 1 and 2 star reviews with their fake ones.
1st Lake Properties has a bad reputation even amongst its own employees. They think they fool people with their fake 5 star reviews, in reality it just goes to show the lack of ethics, and their willingness to lie, cheat and screw anyone whenever they can, anyway they can. They do this all over the place. They even have software called Birdeye that they use in order to boost their ratings. This software allows them to cherry pick reviews and only post 5 star reviews. Instead of acting right and treating people with dignity and respect 1st Lake, Bella Ridge and their other properties resort to software and fake reviews. That speaks volumes about these people and the way they run their business. Stay away from these cheats.
