I started with this Program in September thinking that I could strighten out my credit. I was wrong, I spoke to a guy named Scott Faulk a few times over the phone signed a contract and everything.
Last month I started getting a lot of phone calls from my creditors saying that they were not getting any money, when I called FNCS they told me they were just trying to get me to pay them more money and not to talk to them....so i didn't !
I have been getting calls daily almost hourly now and I may have to file bankruptcy just to get out of the mess they've put me in.

finally spoke to someone who told me I was just being paranoid

I called the company and finally spoke to someone who told me I was just being paranoid and shouldn't listen to what others are telling me about the credit company. I was told that I signed the contract that states that they can take out a cancelation fee of$295.00 HOWEVER, I put a stop payment on the withdrawls from FNCS so they tried to take the money out of an account named CreditCounslingServices. My sister works the bank that I use so she has helped me put stop payments on all my accounts with that company and has made a posted note at the bank for all the clients.
So far i have received $223.00 back from the company. I don't even want all my money back. I just want them to leave me alone !!!!
