1st National Credit Services ripped me off and did not pay my creditors and took my money consumer fraud ripoff Boca Raton Florida

I started with 1st National Credit Services in July of 2002. I made 3 payments to them each over $400 dollars. Each month I would check in to find out why my creditors were not being paid. I would always get a run around story and they kept telling me they are going to be paid this month. My creditors got to the point where they would not even accept any payments from them since it was taking too long so they took me off of the program and I am now stuck with extremely high payments that I cannot handle and my credit is destroyed.

I cancelled my services with them and wrote them in writing that I wanted my money back and of course got no response. I then reported them to the BBB. I did receive $241 back from them which was not even a quarter of what i sent them. I sent them a 3rd check in October for $423 that they claim they never received and I have a copy of the cashed check which I faxed to them a few times and heard nothing.

I sent a rebuttel to the BBB with this complaint and have not heard back as of yet. 1st National Claims they got hit with three NSF from my original bank which I informned not to use after I started and that I was switching and I never received notification from my bank of any NSF and they have not provided me any proof. I got stuck paying for it anyway.

All I want at this point is my $423.00 back and I will be content with that. Each and every time I would contact the company for an explanation everything had to be in writing and I could never speak with a manager or the accounting dept. Now at this point I cannot even get in touch with the company. I mostly spoke to a Judy at the company.
