I purchased a framed painting from 1stpainting.com and I am very surprised with the poor quality of the painting. The painting was unframed when I ordered it framed and sent via courier rolled up in a thin cardboard tube. This is not completely safe and the thin cardboard tube that paintingiant.com shipped the painting in got crushed and damaged the badly painted oil painting. I am unable to get a refund as CS from Painting Giant says I should make a claim to the courier company not to him. Not a recommended store for your painting collection.
