1st Painting 1stpainting.com Review Very rude customer service Paid for fast shipping but send it regular cargo! Xiamen, Fujian, China Nationwide

I ordered a painting from 1stpainting.com and provide all necessary details they need. They also said that the reproduction of the painting will take 5 weeks which takes 8 weeks.

I wanted to get the painting so I paid another amount for the shipping fee for them to send the painting using DHL that usually takes 3-5 days but I am surprised day 7 comes and still no painting and then on the day 8 it finally arrived but they send it using TNT express channel and that takes 7-10 days.

So, I contacted their support and told what happened and just asking for the refund for the express shipping I paid since they just send it using regular cargo.

But I am very surprised with this customer support Jane instead asking for an apology to me and issue a refund she rise up her voice and saying bad words to me.

Very rude company, don’t trust them anymore!
