1st Personal Loan.com scam, stole, cheated, conned Jersey City Internet

I was contacted telling me I qualified for a personal loan on $10,000 from this company. When I told them I didnt have a co-signer or any collateral they offered to get a co-signer for me from there insurace company that backs them. For them to co-sign for me I would have to pay a fee of $753.12 by western union. I sent the money, then for 24hrs they claimed that they had no record of the payment even though western union was saying it was picked up. The said since this was the mistake of there company if I was willing to pay another fee of $350 the same way that I would have my loan in 1hr. I was not about to send them any more $ so I asked for a refund. The guy (mark was his name) said I would have it in 7-10 days. that was 3 weeks ago, now I havent seen my refund, cant get a hold of them on the phone, and am out more money then when I started. You would think if I needed a long of course I didnt have the extra money for this, I borrowed that money and now have no way to pay it bak. This company is a scam! do not fall for it like I did, I dont think I will ever see any money from them.
