1st Secretarial Ltd/ Pay as you go post FRAUD SCAM CON CALL POLICE london LONDON

Hello, Despite this crisis I am comforted to read that I am not the only person having problems to reach Pay as you go post aka 1st secretarial Ltd. Please note that the person who signed the lease for the office/flat 34 at 67/68 Hatton garden is Lara Simon (you can look her up on company check). She is the manager of the place. I spoke with her a few days ago and she says the company is not bankrupt and that it’s normal the place is closed and it’s normal I don’t receive my mail. She hasn’t proposed an appointment to pick up the mail, she didn’t apologise and she is in total denial. I filed a complaint against her and the company at the police station and online. Please do the same, it takes 5/15minutes. If the police receive reports they will convoke her at the station to explain her actions. You must file a report/complaint on action fraud . police . uk and on gov.uk Investigations and Enforcement Services  insolvencydirect . bis. gov. uk/ ExternalOnlineForms/ CompanyComplaint .aspx If you go at the office at Hatton garden, you can open the letter catcher and see that in the office there are thousands of parcels, packages, envelops and letters on the floors / tables / shelves. I have been waiting their 4 days on a row – the place was empty and closed. The phone is ringing without an answer machine: 0844 595 0083. This number is a VIP number. My bank account is debited every month – I took this extra service so I could contact them directly instead going through 0203 150 0129. The landlord renting the office does not want to be involved with this issue.

This is a real shame as the tenant “pay as you go post/ 1st secretarial” are selling a fraudulent /scam service. The police said that if no employee shows up at Hatton garden office, the landlord is legally binding to open the door and hire a temp (at his/her expense) to distribute all the abandoned mail under his/her roof to all the clients. But the manager of the landlord, Mr David Guttentag, has not passed the message or so it seems. I personaly haven't received any mail for over 2 months. Nobody answers the phones. Nobody responds to the emails. When I call 1st secretarial they say that they don't represent Pay as you go post. But on the door of the office you can view a paper with 1st secretarial + phone number, so why are they saying that they don't have any link with Pay as you go post ? Even when you call to book an appointment to collect mail – they do not respond. I have been waiting for 1 month to have an appointment. The neighbours who work on the same floor told me that Lara Simon has not been back in the building since 3-4 weeks. They said that I was not the first person to knock on their door - apparently a lot of other clients are desperate to contact them and pick up their mail. It is illegal to retain someone’s mail. It is also illegal to take money from clients without providing a service. I am afraid that 1st secretarial are going to throw away all our mail. Someone should go there and break the door.
