I wish I had done a search as this before I had any level of involment with these lying, scumbags! It has taken some time to track down all the AKA they go by,,,,,,,,,,,,,, wow !!!

My lousy experience is alsmost the same as another person's was, date November 20,2012 on this site.

I am yet again forged to contact you and your company regarding failure on this sale. Let's put the personal aside here.

 Today is Novemeber 18, 2013. The order was placed on October 23, 2013. it is closing in on 30 days here and here is what I have received so far;

 A) 32 chrome lug nuts. ( A special installation tool is required and was not sent )

 B) 4 locking lug nuts where to be included ( per Brad ) none of which I have receivedto date.

 C) 2 wheels arrived a week ago. 1 wheel is a factory first ( AA code ) the 2nd is a factory second / blemed ( AB code ). I spoke with the manufacture and they confirmed the codes and also added that factory seconds / blemed are sold at extreme discounts.

In conversation with Bradhe ashored me that you only sell factory first products. ( I also have this per email between he and I )

 D) A third wheel showed up last week November 14, 2013. this wheel is not for my truck. the bolt pattern is totally different than the 2 others that are here.This wheel is also way old stock. the box it came in looks as if has been tossed around a warehouse for years. The box is heavily damaged and to no surprise, so is the wheel inside.

 E) A fourth wheel is or was in transit, but UPS issued an " Exception" order on November 15, 2013.

At this point I don't even care,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,

 I have been lied to time and time again by you personally, your staff, and your sales people. You, staff, web site, etc all state wheels ship out basically in less than a 1 week. We are all but at 30 days since the order was and you took my MONEY.

 All of my order was coming from your warehouse in California. Reality, 1 wheel from Calf., 1 wheel from Arizona, 2 wheels from Texas. Lies, lies, lies........................

 look it,this  is what is going to happen;

 1) Issue me all my money back now !!!  send a shipper to pick up the items in my possession. Notify me the day the shipper is coming by and I will make sure th eitems are ready for him.

 If you choose not to , I will take FULL LEGAL ACTION AGAINST YOU IMMEDIATELY !!!

 Here is what happened; I email her a bunch of pictures to back up what I said in the email. No responce,,,,, I call th enext day and get the liar on the phone ............

 All she could do is make lieing excuses ,,,,,, UPS is at fault here.............   Send me back the wheels ( at my expence ) and I will issue you a refund , less all the shipping charges.............

 Are you kidding me !!!!! ??????

 I have now contact the BBB, the State Attorney General office of Missouri, etc.

 PEOPLE, STAY AWAY FROM THESE LOW LIFE SCUM BAGS !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
