1stop rim shop Parker Products llc On Oct 22 2012 I ordered/paid for 5 new wheels, lugs and locks ALL reported by Brad Johnson to be in stock. MY MISTAKE springfield, Missouri

I ordered by phone on Oct 22 2012 5 rims, 5 sets of lugs, and locks. I confirmed with Brad Johnson that all were in stock. I was charged $1475 on that day, received a receipt and notification from Connie Nichols (vp-office mgr) that I would have tracking numbers in 4 days. This was a Saturday and I was told all would be shipped on Monday or Tuesday. I never received tracking so I called on October 31 and Brad forwarded me the tracking and said they had already been shipped. Truth...Not in UPS hands until after my call on the 31st per UPS.

Just the beginning, wheels arrived with 2 damaged (no lugs or locks even though I was told they had shipped. I disputed the credit card bill and finally was allowed to speak with Connie. She said I would lose my dispute and that was my last conversation with her. Made 5 calls to her cell as she asked but never was answered or returned. Still no lugs or locks (now Nov 5th). Lugs received November 9th but no locks. Locks received Nov 15th still waiting for 2 replacement wheels. November 19th, final wheels delivered. 12 phone calls, 7-10 emails, 3 faxes was what it took to get the order I was supposed to have By the end of October. Truck getting rims on today November 20, 2012. My advice, get your rims from someone local.

Please look at the date I filed my complaint. My issue/order was in 2012. Their rebuttal just now, is for someone else and for 2013. My name is and always has been Bill, so I have no clue what these fools are talking about. Shipping was to Christiansburg VA and that also does not match what they posted as "evidence" but I think this proves my original statement that they are a very poor choise to do business with.

I want to open this dispute rebuttal with the fact that you did NOT pay for these wheels and I advised you in our last conversation that I would have to speak to Mr. D Grant who actually IS OUR CUSTOMER.  Brad and I have yet to speak to Mr. Grant regarding any issues with these wheels.

You have the nerve to gripe about me not calling you back, REALLY.  You were inappropriate on the phone, cussing at me, calling me names and using foul language.  I DO NOT have to tolerate that behavior.  At that point I handed this order over to Brad to handle.  Brad even sent you this email explaining this to you.  READ BELOW.

You honestly think anybody will speak to you when you cuss at people and have flip outs?  You have your tracking numbers. We went ahead and sent you out lugnuts 14x2 in hopes that those will work. that vehicle can also take 14x15. but since you don't want to tell us which ones you need we just took our chances.  Just track your packages or call the carrier and wait for them to scan them.  I have never seen another male that speaks to women  the way that you do. Your mother must be proud of you man.  I am personally disgusted.
