1stopmaintenance Kerrie Boggs, Brett Finkelstein, Lance peterson, Maharajie Udairaj,Jilma NON_PAYMENT FOR WORK New York New York

I was called by a Lance Peterson asking me if I could do small repairs in a local department store here in Seattle ( Eddie Bauer ) I said i would take a look at it. He said there are several stores in Seattle he has and if I was interested we agreed to my hourly wage and he sent me a few work orders. I never recieved the payment terms as he promised so i ignored the work orders. a few days later a Kerrie Boggs called me asking me if I had performed the work yet. I said I had not recieved the other paperwork so she emailed them to me and basically they were instructions on how to invoice and the 30-45 days after billing payment terms. i agreed to the payment terms and proceded to do the work. I had recived many calls from Kerrie checking to see if I had completed the jobs sometimes several calls in one day. I rushed to complete them as quickly as I could and invoices on Febuary 14 2015 that was the last i heard from them.

I emailed Kerrie about 30 days after invoice and she forwarded it to Brett Finkelstein who replied ( its not due till next week email me then) i thought that was rude but dismissed it as ignorance. I ot curiouse about the company and google searched their name and found over 30 complaints of non-payment.

I emailed Kerrie Boggs a week or so later and got a email forwarded to Brett again his reply was ( went out yesterdday as promised) a week later i emailed Kerrie again and the reply was they sent the check to an Eddie Bauer ( their client - one of the department stores I worked in) address. I emailed back my address and they replied something to the effect of ( corrected address)

I called Kerries number a week after the address correction and got a mans voice on the phone. I asked for Kerrie and was forwarded to I am assuming maharajie who replied ( jilma is the one who does accounting and her computer is down can you call back) 

I will be filing a lien on the properties and i will probably never see any money from 1stopmaintenance but i will do what i can to warn others about this rip-off company 1stopmaintenance i hope other see this and do not get taken like I did..thanks
