I have been giving the run around for over one month now by 1t3.com hosting services. Their server stopped allowing me to publish my files to their server and I kept at them trying to get this problem fixed and they would tell me they would get back to me when the problem was resolved which they never did get back to me or resolve this problem.

They kept lying to me when I would talk to whoever it was in live support that it was a world wide server problem and they are doing what they can to fix this problem. That was a lie because after one month and the problem still is not solved that shows they are lying to me plus giving me the run around by telling me to have their staff send my domain name to a new server. That never happened either after I spoke to live support and they told me to tell their help desk to send my domain to a new server which would only take two hours. that was over 24 hours ago and nothing. So I went back to live support and they ignored me after I told them my domain name.

These people are pathetic and if you go though them to have your websites hosted, I will feel very sorry for you. They say they are a huge company out of British Columbia Canada but every time I have been at their Live Help I am the only one there and never have to wait. That tells you they are not a large company and they are scamming the peoples moneys and not rendering the services that they or I have paid for. Stay away from these bad people whoever they may be.

Rip Offs, Liars, Deceptive, Fraud the Worst of the Worst

I went into my file manager to do some updates on Oct 16 2003 to my Web site because they would not fix the frontpage extention issues I paid them to fix which was part of the guarantee in their contract that I would have frontpage extentions. Now they have denied me access into my file manager which was the last place I could go to where I could edit my changes. They do not respond to my emails no more as well. This is the most corrupt hosting service I have dealt with so far. This has been a Nightmare. Shortly after I paid them for a service that they guaranteed me, their frontpage extentions stopped working and I bugged them for over one month and got the run around. This sickens me. They did not even tell me about how to go to the file manager to make the updates. I had to find this out on my own and now they denied me access to that after I got after them for not doing anything for over one month with the frontpage extentions that would not work so I could publish new and edited files to their server. This Company is the Worst of the Worst.

Here is what 1t3.com sent me to my e-mail after I tore into them for one month of them running me around and not fixing my frontpage to send files to their server.

So far your site is working fine except the front page issue. That is the reason we came forward to change your domain to a newer server. But due to unavoidable circumstances, we are not able to transfer the account immediately. It will take
one more day to complete it.

At this juncture we would like to suggest you to follow some business ethics or language rather. We also would like remind you that we never said in our responces that this is a wold wide issue. We said it was a server wide issue.

We also like to inform you that we are NOT INTERESTED to provide service to unethical customers like you. Kindly look for some other hosting company within 24 hours time, who would be happy to hear your FILTHY AND THIRD RATED
language(EXACTLY 24 HOURS). If the domain is not transfered or cancelled within 24 hours, your site would be DELETED WITHOUT NOTICE.

As a end note we would like to inform you that we ARE NOT GOING TO TRANSFER your domain any more. kindly cancell your account ASAP (24 hrs). This is the final information/notice from our end

The amount applicable to be refunded will be refunded to your account.
