2-10 home buyers warrnty dear athan here is the letter I drafted Dear 2-10, We are a long time loyal customers of 2-10 warranty. When our air conditioner had issues we expected the company would come forward to ease our pain and give peace of mind restoring the a/c back in condition. But what really happened has only increased our pain causing stress and agony leaving us with out a proper air conditioner. I would expect a proper response and issue resolved at the earliest. * Expecting a positive reply sooner. regards Mana Denver

 dear athan here is the letter I drafted Dear 2-10, We are a long time loyal customers of 2-10 warranty. When our air conditioner had issues we expected the company would come forward to ease our pain and give peace of mind restoring the a/c back in condition. But what really happened has only increased our pain causing stress and agony leaving us with out a proper air conditioner. I would expect a proper response and issue resolved at the earliest. *Below is summary of events 1) July 12th our air Conditioning system stopped working. 2) Around the same time frame we called 2-10 warranty and Jaymes enterprisers came on July 19th and diagnosed as broken connection board with work order number 6075295. 3) Jaymes enterprisers came on August 2nd to fix it and air conditioner was working fine for a week. 4) Then again we had issues so called Jaymes enterprisers. They came back on august 17th and diagnosed to a cable leak. Technician said that he would order new cable and insurance has to approve it. 4) 2-10 Insurance approved and work order number was 6130906 however we got a call from insurance company on August 25th saying that we have to pay $1075 towards uncovered expenses. I am so upset that even after 2 decades as a loyal customer we have been treated like this and till date nothing was done. Buying an insurance is to cover us in period of distress and when it is not, it is disheartening and painful, hope you can understand and honor our long time relationship.
