I continued my home owners insurance with 2-10 after the builder signed an initial contract with this company. I have had challenges with this company in the past, but I decided to give them another chance. Last week they sent an A/C contractor to fix my air conditioner. Not only did he not fix the A/C but both he and the 2-10 company are trying to blame the issues on me. Basically he said that the issues are due to me not changing the filters enough. However, my Lennox A/C units are only two years old. I bought this home two years ago, new construction, and I change the filers every 3-4 months. At this time my A/C is still not working properly and I am going to have to call another company out to fix this issue. If they dont resolve this issue with me fast I will be cancelling this warranty and posting further information online regarding the incompetence of the contractor and 2-10 home warranty.
