2 BE FREE BONDING COMPANY JAILBUSTERS THIS COMPANY CONTINUES TO TAKE MY MONEY AFTER MY SON IS IN CUSTODY Houston Texas

My son in law was arrested in July and we were able to post a bond with this company.  He was scheduled to turn himself in on a certain date in which the bond should have been satisfied at that point and no more money should have been taken out of my account.  He has now been in custody 2 weeks and they continue to take money from my account.  I have changed my debit card information and they are still withdrawing money from my account. 

I called and requested a refund since the bond should have been complete once he was in custody but the staff was very rude and unprofessional.  They screamed at me over the phone and hung up.  I have tried to go over their heads and speak to the owner of the company but no one in the office seems to know who that is.

It is unfortunate that my daughter chose this company who promised to work with us through this trying time.  And now they have managed to only further add to our financial issues and refuse to correct their mistake or admit that they are doing anything wrong. 

Please do not use this company if you are looking to bail a loved one out of jail.  There are many companies in the Houston area that are very trustworthy and reputable.  This is definitely not one of them.
