I ordered some shirts on ebay and paid immediately since it was "buy it now". The company is in Korea and said it would take 4 - 6 week s for delivery.
The never sent the items and after disputing with eBay, they refuse to do anything since my complaint was filed just after 45 days of purchase - how could I file complaint earlier if the delivery time goes out 45days to start with?
I had contacted the seller just prior to this 45 day policy and they asked for a few more days for package to arrive. I gave the time not realizing ebay has a 45 day policy.
It is now obvious that their scam is to set a long delivery time so that it is too late for anyone to get their money back.
Now I can't even leave negative feedback because by the time I went through the ebay resolution process, it is now past 60days and ebay refuses to let me tell my story by leaving the appropriate feedback.
I have found many complaints online with the same story - sadly eBay refuses to discipline this bad merchant.
