My wedding was just this past Saturday, August 11, 2012.  After one of my bridesmaids found the Vera Wang dress I chose for a bit cheaper online, we checked out the site to ensure it was legit.

Now everything is 20/20 in hindsight, but the site did appear on the up and up, so I gave my bridesmaids the choice of ordering from the site or the bridal shop. Three of the six ordered from the site and what an absolute NIGHTMARE that turned out to be!

One of my bridesmaids received the dress about 3 weeks out before our event and let me just say - it REDEFINED 'FALSE ADVERTISEMENT.'  Not only was the dress NOT a Vera Wang, but it was ORANGE SHERBERT rather than the VW Champagne she ordered.

The black sash was not only too short, but it was actually sewn onto the dress rather than left loose and included in a bag for the customer to tie on instead.  The stitching was completely off and somehow, there were stitched breasts cups sewn into the dress when an actual Vera Wang does NOT have that.

The sad thing is that you don't know where it's coming from until you receive the shipping information and realize it's being shipped from effing CHINA!

Two of the three ladies was able to successfully dispute the charge, but the last one is still being given the most difficult time.  They're trying to discourage her from returning the merchandise as there would be restocking fees, bank fees and courier costs, so ultimately, if they gave her anything back, it would only be a fraction of what the dress costs.  Are you effing kidding me?!?!

This incredulous company falsely advertised the dress to begin with and then even fulfilled the order incorrectly (orange sherbert instead of champagne?! Hello!!), and now they're avoiding taking responsibility for their own mistakes!?!

Do not order anything from these crooks and make sure you spread this message like WILDFIRE, otherwise you could be their next victim and wind up holding the bag ... or a ghastly orange sherbert VW knockoff.
