 LISA MONTECELLI is a dangerous, sick and very disturbed person who has been renting out units off of Lyford Drive in Tiburon, CA and Marinero Circle for years. DO NOT RENT FROM THIS WOMAN who will evict you if you request a repair or make a report ON THE DANGEROUS CONDITIONS OF 21 Marinero Circle.  The buildings are old on CRAIGSLIST that are dumps with undocumented workers repairing all who are housed unlawfully at the Rowland Blvd. property.  THIS WOMAN SHOULD HAVE NO ACCESS TO ANY PARTY'S PERSONAL INFORMATION. DO NOT SUBMIT ANY APPLICATION TO HER and her ad on Craigslist is all fraudulent information. She advertises 21 Marinero as "luxury units."  THERE IS NO LUXURY there and the health department has gone to the properties many times for health issues.  She does allow dogs, but do not rent there with a dog. There is dog doo all over the place with huge dogs barking with pet leases she violates herself she demands of others.  Save yourself the legal fees and DO NOT RENT FROM HER.  THE ATTORNEY who partipates in the fraud reported to the Bar of California is Vincent Demartini who represents the buidlings. He is a very dark person who also participates in massive fraud the Bar will manage at some point.
