21st Century Alarm Tech Ripoff Incompetent Installers Damaging Careless Unprofessional Provo Utah

This company was to install a sucurity system in my house November of 2005, the individual they sent had no clue how to install the alarm system. I have a hole in my bedroom wall the size of a frizbee, hole in my kitchen, Living room & Dining room window frames. Holes in the living & dining room walls all for nothing.the so called installer was in my house 3 different times once until 8PM & another time until 11pm. Told me the last time he was at my house that he needed to go home & sudy the installation manual & to never show up the next day like he said he would.

Now I have the company telling me they won't pay for the damage to the windows & experiencing major proplems to get them to compensate me for the other damages.

Be careful when going through ADT home security, this was one of their outside contractors & I didn't releize until it was too late. from this horrific experience I don't want anyone else to have to experience, so watch out for subcontactors, especially this company
