I purchased auto insurance through this company 01-28-11 for my 2006 chevy silverado.  2006 silverado hasnt been running for about 6 months before I purchased insurance through this company, it has suspension problems , the lady asked me why I was insuring a truck that doesnt run. I informed her that when you lease a truck or vehicle , you have to carry full coverage insurance for that vehicle. 07/18/11 I received a piece of paper in the mail , stating that I needed to send in writing what the vehicle was used for, mileage to work etc. I informed the lady I never recieved this letter.  she sent me another one in the mail , I filled it out and sent it back in a week later I got a bill for $118.60 for the month of July 2011, I sent that payment in. and today 07/26/11 received another letter from this insurance company stating that my insurance was canceled as of 06/30/11( the date sent on the letter  was dated 07/19/11. Which I just received that letter today 07/26/11. I then called them , they said they cant insure my truck because i have a 6' lift kit on it , even though they insured this vehicle since 01/28/11, they knew then the truck was not running and it had a lift on it. she then told me no refund on the insurance... I am asking for your assistance in this matter, I dont want to see this happen to anyone else in the future.  This is bad business they are conducting since they have had my payments every month (on time) since 01/28/11 when I purchased this insurance
