i went to buy a 2005 benz clk 500 from 21st century auto group on 7/3/09 and was told at the time the car was still under warranty, after getting the car you will not believe this i had a problem i called the dealership i got the car from them, they said make a appt.at any benz dealer and it will be taken care of so i did that,
when i got to the dealership i was told the car warranty ran out on 6/24/09 and will not be covered by mercedes benz. So I called 21st century and was told by jerry to bring my car in and he would bring it to his mercedes dealership and would take care of it I droped the car off at 21st century last saturday he told me he would take the benz that monday{could not give me a loner till he knew what the problem was ha,ha,}needless to say no one ever called me so I called them on wed. called back on thursday and then was told by jerrry that it would cost me $2,500.00 to fix my car that i only got from them about 40 days and he was going to do the repairs for cost {ha,ha}i then called to talk to the owner and that was the bigggest joke of all when i asked to speak to him i was hung up on so many times i just stopped calling & went there today.i spoke to the manager aka buffer and told him my story he told me he would look into it and go get something to eat with my wife and come back he did not offer to pay for our food, when i got back he told me there was not a thing he could do but offer me a extended warranty for $2,000.00 again his cost for 3 years.
now he wants me to fraud to the warranty company he told as did jerry to buy a ext.warranty wait for 30 days and then bring my car to the dealreship and they have to cover it{nothing better to get someone to pay for your errors}i did not do this i did the right thing and went to the mercedes dealer to pick up my car this gets so much better now i talk to the service manager & he tells me he cant believe that 21st century would not fix there problem for the are you ready for this, $1,321.00 that he told them it would cost to fix so something that should have been coverd by them to begin with they were going to make another $1,000.00 on {good thing they were taking care of me i feel so much bettter now}at this point i told the guy at mercedes to repair my car.i went back to the manager os 21st century at informed him of my new discovery and he told me he could not bellieve what happened to me and that i was a better man then him{no s**t}that he would not have taken this from anyone and i should be mad &let me remind you he has no integrity and is just a jerk off buffer,so now i leave it up to you to help me i have called every news station and written the dept of c*m.affaires.the better biz,i would like to have a protest if anyone wants lets not take it anymore from these bottom feeders stand up and fight with me.

I made a purchase with 21 Century Auto Group recently which would be my second time purchasing with this dealership. This dealership has saved me the time of hassling through web pages looking for a vehicle at a great price because all of the prices I looked at on cars that interested me, were fantastic! Their sales staff is polite and courteous and take their time with each customer, or so at least they did with us. When my husband and I were looking for a car for our daughter, we both agreed the best
move would be to go back to the dealership where we purchased our car: 21 Century. Ali was a great help and really met our expectations, we couldnt be more satisfied and my daughter couldnt be any happier with a reliable and beautiful car to drive. Thank you 21 century and the staff that makes it so great!
