Notice appeared on screen saying computer was infected and had no protection.

Phone number given to call immediately.

User is 94-years old and called number given.  Had trouble understanding the person who answered.  He assured that his was a legitimate operation aand pointed to Microsoft name which appeared in the on-screen notice. Would do a complete scan for $89.00 with 2-year additional protection for $110.00 for a total of $199.00.

 Asked for and received electronic check payment and sent NoReply receipt with subject of GreenMessage do not reply.

Person on phone said process would take 30 to 40 minutes, but it took over an hour.

Sign flashed on screen a day later saying computer was infected with Zeus (?)  No further action taken by computer owner.
