23 and Me while my mtDNA was analyzed correctly, they did not analyze my daughter's correctly yet her son has my exact mtDNA which is correct as it is inherited only through the female line of a family. Nationwide

23 and Me analyzed my maternal DNA and added material that does not reflect my ancestry according to NatGeo's DNA kit or according to Genebase, a Canadian firm.   My son and my youngest daughter have inherited my mtDNA but, according to 23 and Me, my oldest daughter did not inherit my mtDNA yet her own son has my DNA and I certainly did not birth him.  

In the case of my oldest daughter, she has the mtDNA of a stranger who has Negro genes and as far as I know, no one in my line has any Negro genes.  

The worst problem is she now believes she is not my daughter.  Considering I had her by natural childbirth and that she never left my side during the time I was in the birthing unit at the hospital, a military hospital in Millington, Tennessee, there was no opportunity for a switch.  

For some reason my daughter refuses to believe the physiology of tramsmission of DNA material, as in mitochondrial DNA.  She and  23and ME have invented a whole new method of DNA transmission in that they do not acknowledge the sperm loses the mitochondria in its tail when it penetrates the egg leaving only the mitochondria in the egg to transmit the maternal mitochodnrial DNA. How stupid can they be?

The error on the part of 23and ME has had very negative consequences in that it has caused a rift in my family where my daughter now believes she is Negro and not my daughter.  

23 and ME has refused to consider they made a mistake.  How incredibly ignorant.
