23and me ??? Ripoff

i send my DNA over 2 months ago and my data still is not done. It says I am in stage 4 of 6 for next two weeks to month. It's said that for 3 weeks. When I logged in last week it said that it was under review and any data submitted a couple a weeks ago or sooner can no loger provide anything but raw data. I am currently in limbo with my results and likely lost 99.00
