Where to begin... First off if you are not willing to A. Sell your manager drugs B. Have sexual relations with your manager or C. Party with your manager you have 0% chance of being promoted. The "managers" are in there early to mid 20's and do nothing but chit chat with each other about drug use, partying, prostitution, and other employees. They do not work. The whole time I was there which was about a year I experienced unfair promotions, talk of drug use, and actual drug use in the parking lot!! You will also find that alot of the employees not only drink alcohol while working but also come together on break to smoke marijuana. When I voiced my opionion about this behavior and how I found it to be unacceptable I told the wrong person who in turn told everyone else what I had said causing hostitly. If you have a question about a policy, FORGET IT. The managers are easily annoyed if they are forced to anserew any questions that require them to do any leg work. They also cheat you on pay. Thats right. They offer double time and over time however come time for your paycheck the amount is less then what you worked. Do they fix the issue? NO. I finally gave up trying to get my remaining pay

Corporate really needs to step in and see who they are selecting as managers. As I stated earlier the managers only promote friends, drug dealers, and sexual partners. Every one else who actually work get no acknowlegdment what so ever. It completely blew my mind when I not only heard my manager talking about a recent sugar daddy she aquired but I also witnessed her going on sites to find sugar daddies. Very disturbing behavior for a manager to be doing at work. What they do on there own time is up to them but bringing it to the work place? It is unacceptable. BOTTOM LINE YOU MUST BE A DRUG DEALER OR WILLING TO PUT OUT IN ORDER TO BE PROMOTED. Also DO NOT sign up for over time- getting paid for it takes more time then actually working the over time. I hope someone sees this and these so called managers get spoken to regarding there behavior. Also there payroll department needs to be more on top of there payments. I dont know what is more upsetting- working in an innapropriate work enviroment or not getting paid for it. Oh also just a side note. According to company policy you must be atleast 18 years old to work there. There is currently a 17 year old who is now working there and reeieved a promotion. When asked how she got the job only being 17 years old she implied that sexual favors were exchanged for her employment. Totally disgusting.
