 I got this so I can try out the free trail . I called to cancel it I had ask the the rep will I be only charged 4.95 .. Rep said yes.. Couple day later look at my bank statement I saw a charge of 87.42... I was SOO...UPSET the charge was place day before I called the rep never said I had been charged ... I call talk to a rep and was rude saying we can not refund ur money I'm like why not I called to cancel .. He kept on saying calls are recorded so I told him to pull the call I made to cancel the order.. Was being rude i ask to talk to a manger was ignoring me saying it be 30 min to talk to one... Got a manger name Brenda and she was rude saying I can give u 40 percent of ur money back.. I'm like no I need my full refund and I can send u the bottle back.. She kept on repeating her self saying only 40 percent.. Called back same thing....I want to sue them!! So many ppl got ripped off from them
