BluePay Processing BluePay "Brokering" credit card processing Naperville Illinois

This company doesnt actually process credit cards even though they NEVER mention that to you when signing up. I signed up with them just a few weeks ago and after the first transaction i realized that they have FirstData (part of Wells Fargo) process their credit card transactions. Besides the lack of communication between these two companies they have complete different policies. I ran only a few transactions all of which took over 7 days to clear. Everytime i contact bluepay and inquired about a transaction they forwarded me to FirstData which 1. does NOT recognize bluepays merchant number 2. could not answer any questions or concerns about the transaction fees (which bluepay charges you). I cancelled my account after the first transaction when i realized what bluepay really is , a Brokering credit card processor. They will not comeout and say this outright and i suggest everyone shopping for a good processor that meets your needs and AVOID such companies as bluepay(Payhub is another). DEFINITELY do your research for reviews try merchantmaverick.com and for multiple quotes try cardfellow.com . Both of these websites were mentioned on several articles of the NY Times and seem to have an honest review of the many processing companies.
