247 PC Tech Support First person talked to was Steven Hages, Oct. 1, 2014 at 1-855-777-9117 Steven Hages Swanton Vermont

First conversation as I stated above was to Steven Hages in September, 2014 regarding 247PC Tech puter.  I paid them $249.99, using my sister Mildred Washington credit card.  After three (3) days of trying to repair my computer I was promised to be reimbursed my @249.99 within 30 days.

No money was reimbursed!  I called again in December, 2014 and this time I spoke to someone named David.  David informed me that Steven Hages no longer worked for the company.  David also told me that the Billing Department is responsible for my reimbursement and I should see my paymen on the credit card within 7 days.

January, 2015 came and this time when I called I spoke to Mike Anderson at the same number that I had been calling, 1-855-777-9117 and I was told to email 247 Tech Support detailing my problem and he promised to get back to me withing 24 hours, which was a lie because no one got back to me in 24 hours, or days.

February, 2015 I again called and email but to no avail.  No one got in touch with me.  April, 2015 I emailed again this time almost begging someone to get in touch with me to tell me something but no one did!

As of today, July 28, 2015 I still have not heard from anyone at 247 Tech Support regarding my $249.99 or anything else.  I am on a fixed income, therefore I cannot afford to give a large company or small one for that matter over $200.00.  I had to repay my sister for me using her credit card over a year ago while trying to get my computer repaired, which by the way is still not working properly.
