DO NOt call this company. You will be lied to and overcharged. Said mailbox rekey was $89 and that is what they pay at the USPS. (Lies!)
Glued my door to fix it and got glue everywhere. Said they would come back and make an additional mailbox key. I have yet nor want to see them again and now I need to notify my bank for possible fraud alert. I do not feel comfortable with them having our CC on file.
Very disturbing when I phoned to file a complaint. Gentleman named Doug was obnoxious and rude!
Lesson learned.
This company is a bait and switch. $19 low service call and is a total ripoff on their shotty service. L.L.A. Services supposidly sent out. Cannot find them anywhere.
Get a reference for a locksmith if you ever need to call one.
They should be shut down.
