This company is sending me invoice for sending me quote and having one of their 7+ year experienced guy failing to do a tech job for 3 hours and still billing for the whole month.

The CTO was very confident that they have a pool of people to do any kind of server task but a simple group policy update wasn’t resolved by his team and we spent over 3+ hours working on it but I still get billed for the whole month.

Please be sure to ask for cost before you get on the phone or email them as they will send you the invoice for even responding to the email.

Please also remember to have everything in writing as this company will invoice whatever they think is fit and just invoice and then reminders and then collection and then trying to threat you.

I was told that an experienced person with at least 7+ years will work on my project and will solve the problem. Regardless to say he never solve the problem, however he was successful in wasting my 3+ hours as he was trying things out and he constantly was asking me on the file path vs an experienced IT professional would know how to figure that out. Secondly that person was never on time, I had to work on his schedule vs I clearly mentioned my schedule upfront.

I was forced to post reviews for this company online by CTO, Haky Ndliea  as he left me no choice by sending constant reminder and threatening to send the invoice (which was not valid) to collection.

I wanted to do more with this company as they do a LOT, however with just this experience I am moving my business elsewhere. I doubt they can deliver what they are promising.

What they are doing is completely unethical for a business.
