247shopmart Fraud/Money scam pretending to be a pharmacy New york

247shopmart pretends to be an online pharmacy. I personally know the victim amd unfort they continued to let this scam happen to them. They called to make an order and the person of indian/arab accent told them to buy a $350 google play card to mail out. And wanted another $250 google play card for purchase of a "script" when i called to make a complaint and try to get a refund for the victim the person did not answer in a professional matter as to a real professional pharmacy would. There was alot of noise and people talking in the background. He just wanted to argue about the refund. When i mentioned making a complaint to the fbi he got nervous and told me to call back 48 hrs later on monday and he would "try" to give a refund back.
